An energy dashboard can be low-tech. It simply needs to show what gives you momentum, what drains you, and what patterns repeat across the week.
Track sleep quality, workload intensity, movement, and how you felt at the end of the day. These inputs reveal more than complicated dashboards built around every possible metric.
Look for clusters. Are hard meetings landing after poor sleep? Do active mornings improve focus? Insight grows when the dashboard supports better decisions.
A dashboard only helps when you use it. One note page, a simple spreadsheet, or a weekly template is often enough.
